One of the main reason I wanted to start a blog was because we got Theodore. I wanted my friends and family to watch him grow up and see all the pictures I take of him, but did not want to post 100 pictures on Instagram and Facebook everyday. I thought it would be a really cool idea to post about him one day a week. It will be hard, because I could talk about my dog for days.... I will share pictures and stories about him :)
Theodore is 22.8 lbs!! He is getting so big. He is a mini and hopefully they didn't lie to us :) haha. He should only get up to about 45 lbs max. Right now, he is obsessed with sticks and pine cones. He loves pine cones when he first brought him home, but the love is FOR REAL this time. We normally take them away when he come inside with them, but now we just let him chew on them. He shreds the pine cones and makes a MESS! We have to vacuum once a day... but he's worth it :) He also loves ice! When someone is getting ice he will sprint in the kitchen just hoping one will fall on the floor. I think it feels good on his teeth. The vet said that his adult teeth are coming in and he might start chewing more than before. GREAT!! haha.
Theodore is kennel trained and were putting him in the kennel at night to sleep and he did perfect, but I caved and wanted to snuggle him :) Now, he sleeps wherever he wants. He will start on the bed, go to the floor, his kennel, then back on the bed. He cant jump on the bed yet and we cant wait till he can because he will wake us up when he wants back on. The best thing is when i wake up and realize he has been sleeping on my head :) It seriously is the best feeling!!!
